About Wu chair

A classic simple form enhanced with a high level of refinement in craftsmanship and extreme fluidity of form; its clearly defined elements seem to flow from and into one another. The oval backrest of minimalist dimensions, ergonomically curved, defines the chair’s visual character, functionally accomplished with the same feature seat. These simple elements are connected by equally simple yet strong verticals of a spherical cross-section. The curvature permeates the piece as the dominant design principle, additionally enhanced with the incredible softness of the almost invisible joints, creating an impression of overall compactness, perfect in simplicity. The solid wood chair, without a single sharp edge, appears in a softened version as well, with an upholstered seat and colourful detachment from the raw material, accentuating the beauty of craftsmanship. The high level of material and processing quality translated into an extremely classic form is what makes this chair a desired guest in any space. Unassuming yet visible, it testifies to the users’ refined disposition, describing but never unveiling them.
